I agree 100 %. This reminds me of 2019's _Hustlers_ , directed by Lorene Scafaria. Jennifer Lopez, who, technically, was still a big star when the film was made, had never been considered a great talent, but _Hustlers_ gave her a fantastic showcase that generated the best reviews of her career, lots of Oscar buzz, and Best Supporting Actress nominations for five of the Oscar-precursor awards during the 2019/2020 race. It also reminds me of that year when Charlize Theron was still an up n coming Hollywood starlet who was better known for her amazonian, stunning looks than for her talent, and Patty Jenkins directed her in Monster, which won Theron an Oscar. I love these stories, and I wish other underappreciated/underestimated actresses like Jessica Alba and Miley Cyrus were given better roles to show the depth of their skills.

@@Jaybird069 a nomination ifor a Golden Globe is a very different thing from an Oscar. It would be wonderful if it happened, but just being realistic. The Globes are an international press related award system. The Oscars, a very Old Hollywood, big studio system scene. There are political reasons I'd think some of the Hollywood people would not want to call attention to her. Julian Assange... You don't get in trouble in this country for lying. You get in trouble for telling the truth. The Hilary, Obama, Biden, establishment dems are frothing at the mouth about Trump possibly pardoning him. Pam was/is very outspoken (love her for that) about Assange through the years. Just watch how the lobbyists, I mean hosts of the view treated her when she started talking about it.
