I read somewhere that motherhood is all about first times, but no one remembers the last time. The first time you hold your baby vs the last time you were able to lift it or the first time you drive them to school vs the last time they want you to drive them. It really made me think, and now that I am a mother of 9 year old twins i try to remember those times❤️

Thank you for reflecting on The Last Time on camera. It all resonated with me so much because our first dog passed away very suddenly in April and "the last time we __" were the thoughts that would hurt us the most looking back on our weeks/months before the incident. We had no idea that that would be our last beach trip with him, that that would be the last time we got to see him on our couch, that that would be the last snack we would get to give him. All those thoughts came flooding back when you started talking about it and then you said the words "the last time you hug your dog" and I knew I had to write a comment and grab the tissues. Thank you for the reminder to appreciate every single moment and to really do our best to live in the present, despite all of life's stressors and worries.

I resonate so much with this vlog, especially when Jenn was talking about not taking things for granted. I had an incident that led me to be admitted into the hospital for a week which involved doing a procedure for my heart. The time I spent at the hospital made me realise that life is full of ups and downs, and that you will face many challenges. Life is unpredictable but that’s the magic of it all. You can’t foresee everything and everything happens for a reason. Being admitted in hospital made me slow down and become present, reality hit me and that everything should not be taken for granted. You never know when something will be your last.

I love your perspective. As a mom of a two year old, I often reflect on those last moments in my pregnancy before my son changed my life. It’s a hard journey and I miss those slow mornings to myself, but it’s also been two years of personal growth I never thought I needed, 2 years full of bursting love for my lil bb and husband, and has made me appreciate each season in my life and now my son’s life 💕🙏🏽

I think living life as if everything is your last time would make someone too stressed each time and is not feasible everyday all day and is tiring. What I prefer is to not have any regrets on what you do or how you live your life. And to just try to be happy and remove anything that makes you unhappy.

Hey Jenn! - Notion is definitely a useful tool, I also use it for all my reading lists and book reviews/reports. Lol 'lovely jubbly , a British term I constantly say it and you definitely have to say it together. 'The Last Time' - personally recent times have made me question and have to process a lot of things, including the feeling of time passing by so quickly and feeling like I am running out of time, chapters coming to an end and a lot of other things too. It has been very challenging yet so rewarding and humbling at the same time. Taking each day as it comes. As always it is so heartwarming to listen to your experience, it certainly is a major life-changing series of events for both you and Ben (and Cheeky) and it is truly amazing to see you so self-aware and embracing the journey, challenges and all. xxxxxx Stay safe and well xxx

third trimester has brought out all my nerves and emotions!!! i was literally crying before watching this lol but every time i sleep in or have a day with my partner i think to myself how it’s probably one of the last time i will be living so care free. its scary and nerve racking but i accept it as well as an old chapter ending and a new one beginning. just trying to live day by day instead of worrying endlessly of the future that isnt set!

Motherhood is a huge change, but if you have support you don't have to say goodbye to a slow morning or a night out. I'm actually watching this vlog while lying in bed as my partner feeds my 1.5 year old upstairs (it's 6am.) We swap out who closes out the night, who sleeps with him, who takes the morning while the other rests. Newborns are indeed like little grenades chucked into your life, but it won't last forever. I found the toddler phase to be so refreshing and lovely. You're going to make it! 💕

This vlog really hit me hard oof. Jenn, I love how you continue to be vulnerable on your channel and force myself to reflect on the changing seasons of my own life. You have "influenced" me so much and I continue to marvel at how much I learn after watching each of your videos. Omg I just had an idea and don’t know if you already thought of this or not... or even want to do it (which is fine).. Jenn does a pre-use review of everything she got for the baby, from cots to a specific deco style, and then when the baby grows out of all that stuff you can revisit the review and say if it was a worth it purchase/cheaper alternatives you would recommend or something! Anyway, hope you have a good day Jenn! A couple of my friends gave birth recently and the only thing I said to them was “it’s your baby, every baby is so incredibly different, and every parent/s are different, do whatever feels right for you and the baby, shove everyone else’s advice in a dark corner of nowhere unless you ask for it” good luck!
