I'm the same when it comes to bodies of water, I like the sound of gentle waves next to me but I never want to go into the water especially the ocean. A pool would be a bit easier though but still....just sunbathing nex to it with a good book is the best feeling there is.

Ben, if you put a tarp or something like that under the hedge when you’re trimming it, it saves a lot of the headache of picking up the trimmings with your hands in small bundles. Instead you can scoop up the tarp and pour it into the trash

DILL TRICK: once you bring it home, immediately wash, dry and chop it up. Line a ziplock bag with paper towel and put your chopped up dill inside and store in the fridge. The paper towel absorbs the moisture and you will be more likely to add it to your cooking because it's chopped up and ready to go. You can also do this with kale and other herbs!

Hi Jenn and Ben, I struggle with herbs too... One trick I learnt from a chef when I was in Nottingham (U.K.) is to put the herbs on an ice-tray, whenever I want to use it, I'd just pop in the dish. Works perfect! 👌 Love from India xx

I'm a fish like Ben! I actually get sooo sad and unhappy when I'm in front of a body of water that I can't swim in haha. I'm so glad you guys had such a lovely babymoon together. I'd never heard of anything like a babymoon before, but I think it's such a good idea!! I think there is a grieving process that happens when you have your first child - saying goodbye to an old chapter and opening the door to a new one - so It's so important to make time to really connect with your partner and savour these moments with just the two of you

You can FREEZE the dill!!! I finely cut it and freeze mine in ziploc bags, and even parsley. It works best in hot dishes though, not fresh salads or anything like that.
