My father committed suicide when I was 9 years old.. it did a lot of damage to my sister and I. They say people who suicide are passing their pain into their family and I feel having first hand experience that that is true.. Please please if you are doing it tough talk to someone.. your family needs you more than you know and if you have kids they need you even more.. Even if you have no family, the world needs you!! Remember this mantra if you are doing it tough... “This to shall pass” feeling can’t kill you and they ALWAYS get better and pass with time.. hang in there!!!

@@Mac-jx8uj that is true, also a lot of (men especially) find it very hard to open up. I know I have in the past, losing a business cause of covid and at the same time finding out my dad had cancer. That was the 1st time in my 30 years I'd actually hit rock bottom and decided to talk to someone about how I actually felt. The hardest thing to do is be vulnerable like that, but it's also by far the best thing I ever did. Growing up most blokes are told to "harden up" but hopefully we can change the way that is looked at. It's about making people feel comfortable being open with their feelings
