What keeps amazing me is the breakdown of the system. The roof of the buildings were not secure to prevent anyone getting there. The officer climbing up the ladder had NO radio and no weapon so when a rifle was turned on him all he could do was flee. Police were inside the building as someone climbed on the roof above them (why were police snipers in the building and not on the roof). So much incompetence. Well maybe not that but definitely a lax attitude. Just another protect a VIP details yawn nothing ever happens, right?
