D. Feliciano dude. Do you know how many amazing chefs open a restaurant and fail? It’s nothing to do with the food but everything to do with the fact that a restaurant is a money pit! I wish him all the best in his ventures, I believe that his delicious food and sense of community is perfect in a food truck, maybe with more locations. How are you going to feed the homeless when tou got a crazy rent to pay, employees to pay, taxes, water, gas, electricity, not to mention health and safety trying to shut you down? chef David Chang has a great podcast where he talks about how challenging opening a restaurant is.
