The legacy goes Drifting!

In this episode of Dirtcheapdaily, we take the RWD converted legacy wagon and the RWD STI to the last drift event of the season!
Both cars ripped and we had a great time! We didn't film as much as we'd like, but we were having too much fun getting to know our cars and practicing!

By far my favorite Subaru engine. Lol The 30d is just a work horse. I love the 30r and I’m sure I’d like the 3.6 and 3.3, but this 30d is so reliable and will just take a beating! I was literally just flat on the throttle busting the rev limiter all day with no issues.

Thanks! Yea we definitely didn’t film too much. We should’ve, but we were having too much fun and we really didn’t have a whole ton of time at the event. We drove from about 1-4 and then from 5-6:30. We’ll get more footage at the next one!

Great to see you getting time to play with the subaru.if you over inflated some low profile slightly stretched rear tyres and dialled in some positive rear camber it might aid your transitions.you would get similar tyre wear to the impreza.

I tried going through your previous videos on the Subie to Toyota trans adapter bell housing. Could you do a video on all the parts you used for the swap or direct me to the correct video? This is so awesome i wanna do my Subie! Lol thanks for the content! And btw front caster will help with quicker steering lock to lock on the higher speed drifts. Subies naturally have less caster and rwd cars have more since the rear tires tend to plow or push the fronts that have less caster resulting in more understeer. Plus it helps self steer as well giving you less steering input needed.

Cezar Cortez any rwd car can drift but a few select mods make it easier like LSD or welded differential most of all.
