When I first heard of it I told my dad that I wanted it for my birthday so he pre ordered it and the original release was 2015. When I first played this game I made the biggest mistake when first leaving the Plateau. When I landed the first thing I thought to do was to activate all of the towers in Hyrule and decided on going on the closest one to me, the tower in Hyrule field, so carefully I managed to sneak passed the Guardians and with some effort I managed to climb my way to the top. I did it I made it up to the tower. BUT. The hardest part wasn't getting up. It was leaving I jumped and glided away trying to put as much distance between me and legless Guardians, but then the walking Guardians out in the field had just finally rendered, and straight up one-shot me the moment I hit the ground then re-spawn back on top of the tower. I soon learned that there packs of Guardians roaming the field below me and were waiting for me to drop down. I was trapped.

honestly: yeah kinda a way to just outright block all damage doesn't mean you're not a pringle it's honestly an issue i've got with the game: the way damage often is and the fact you need to 'find' four dungeons potentially do a puzzle to get in and do something after you enter to earn ONE heart - or just eat this easy to find radish if you're gonna need to use a healing item to restore like 8 hearts every time you get hit anyway - why not choose the option without the 32 dungeon diving expeditions attached

i went headfirst into botw without knowing anything and as soon as i plucked multiple mushrooms besides a rock around the great plateau the stone talus rises up and as a person with anxiety i sWEAR I HAD AND ANXIETY ATTACK- so i hid behind a rock, crouching, for like 5 mins, scared for my life.

This is such a well edited and hilarious video! Thanks for the laughs and the info! Been trying to play botw but I've been playing it like a linear game. For example, I'll get to a cluster of enemies and I'll keep dying very easily but then I'll try again, when what I should be doing is going somewhere else and getting stronger so that I can go back to those bad dudes and wreck em when I'm stronger.

There’s a couple places where you can sleep in a bed for free, the first you’ll run into is the bed in the old man’s shack (once you get the paraglide and he’s gone). There’s also the one in the lost woods and in Tarrey Town the priest hosts you for free. If you’re in the Hebra region, all the cabins have a bed and a cooking pot. The last one (I think) is the bed next to the reservoir where you meet up with Sidon to board Vah Ruta.
