In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble - LEGO Batman (Will Arnett) - stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s (Zach Galifianakis) hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Yes, all the villains mentioned at the beginning are real Batman villains, taken from multiple incarnations of the character (King Tut is from the 60’s Adam West show, Condiment King is a joke villain from Batman the Animated Series episode Make ‘em Laugh, etc) :)

I love the Lego Movies because they just KNOW what they are and rather than trying to be something else, they go so hard with what they have. Don't forget Ninjago! It's probably the weakest of the bunch, but it's still a bop!

Funny that you say Sauron sounds like a vampire. Jermaine Clement, who voices him, played Vlad the Poker in "What We Do In The Shadows". The Krakens reaction to blasting Sauron, then awkwardly moving away KILLED me. "Nothing to see...." Funny enough, Zoe Kravitz voices Catwoman and she now is Catwoman in "The Batman"movie coming out.

One of my favorite parts of this movie is when Robin introduces himself to Bruce Wayne as Richard Grayson and mentions that the kids at Orphanage call him Dick, and then Bruce Wayne responds by saying that children can be cruel. I don't know why but I just find that part hilarious.
