As someone with a chefs ticket from BCIT. Gas stoves are way better for cooking. You can get the exact temp you need. Some foods can not be made on an electric stove. Clarifying broth is a lot tougher on an electric stove. This is one reason among many why restaurants use gas appliances.

The Chicago school districts lost iPads. They didn't register all of the serial numbers or install any security software and they didn't make people responsible for them in any way. You would t believe the "gifts" various companies gave the people responsible for making the purchasing decisions in this case also (large drones, $1000+ cell phones, iPads and laptops)

Speaking strictly Mexican food, a lot of it is made using the flame directly. Things like chile rillenos need the flame to char the skin of the pepper. I don't usually do the cooking but that's one I have done

98% of the youtube videos I have watched in the past 4 months have come from the notification drop down so if I saw any of your Level 1 show episodes in my recommended I would have assumed they were the same episodes from years ago that youtube is still recommending to me at least once a month.
