Also, according to the exchange rate, >$100 for 3 rulers is very overpriced. In addition, my bust size is less than your smallest dress form.

If I want to add pleats in the middle of the skirt in the front how will I alter this as the center front? Do I need to make the pleats separately and attach them?

Add the amount of pleats next to the front centerline. For example, 2x5 cm.
