I love Lidl very much!! The fresh produce is always good and such a variety. The store is always clean and neat. I do not bag my groceries. I drive my chart to my car and put everything in the car, then put the chart back, drive home, call the kids and we all bring the groceries in, haha. Greetings from the Netherlands, Europe.

You can't beat a lidl shop as it does save you a lot of cash, but there are some things that you will still need to buy that may be a branded item, but on the whole it is a good store, they have been here in the UK for quite a long time now and the weekend deals are always worth it, a few weeks ago it was proseco for only £3, about $4 US..

Will you believe me when Iam telling you that in comparison to Germany American LIDL's are quite expensive. For example I saw that fresh bread at the bakery which costs 2.29$ a whole so in Germany it costs 1.29€ which are actually 1.59$ so yea I was really shoked when you said your LIDL is cheap. :D The design is also completetly different to the German version where you have narrow corridors. Interesting video, sub :D

I move to Raleigh (from Fayetteville) in 3 days and found out there is a Lidl 15 minutes from my house!!! Cant wait to shop there. My house is working to be vegan and hear they have a great vegan selection! So we are super stoked to check it out!

i live in jersey and today i saw a new sign Idle and i told my self another expensive supermarket but oohh boy looking at some videos here i am very surprise about the prices and happy for the Gluten free section and hoping that they sell Gluten free decaf coffee bacause Aldis not selling it anymore...:)

lidl recently opened in Philly and now it has become my favorite shopping experience. They are clean, organized, inexpensive and has the most fun selection of products. I never thought that a grocery store would bring me joy,lol.

I I ever forget my list and happen to be kid free (definitely rare!) I call my husband and ask him to text me a pic of the list! Gotta love technology. Usually I just snap a pic of the list myself before leaving, since its usually written on the fridge white board. Hope they continue to expand this store! Looks fantastic!

The only problem with Aldi and Lidl is the lack of variety of fresh Bread, Fruit and Salad stuff and Vegetables I used to have to go to one or the other to get Bratwursts but Tesco now sell them here in the U.K

Well.. Trader Joe's is in fact Aldi ;) Aldi, Lidl and Trader Joe's are German Grocery stores.. when Lidl is doing good.. Maybe they'll open a "Kaufland" someday.. which is the big version of Lidl (Kaufland and Lidl ist one Company)

Trader Joe's is NOT a german grocery store whatsoever even though it is owned by Aldi Nord. It was founded on the west coast in the late 50s, Aldi Nord's owner bought it as an investment in the american market back in the late 70s.

Aldi has been in the USA for decades. The only problem with lidl is many items are one time only items... each store might get one pallet of say German pickles and they will never be available again. We found most items in the flyer sold out in hours the first day. When our store opened there was a wide verity of unique German products... now they have the same thing as all the other local markets...want a jar of unusual jelly? Nope you get grape or strawberry. It's not a bad store it's just not full of items you can't get down the street for similar prices.

Hi my lovely I have just come across your channel and love it. I’m in the UK and lucky enough to have a Lidl and Aldi both with walking distance from our house. I don’t know if you have tried any of Aldi’s beauty products the Lacura range, if not they are worth a try and such good prices. They also have dupes of Jo Malone which is amazing. What? It's actually very similar. The store layout is almost identical, but the aisles in U.S. Lidl stores are wider.

I go to lidl in croatia every week and the lidl from this video is different. this looks like a big exclusive retailer, and in Croatia lidl is a small retailer with a good price and quality ratio where you can not buy everything in one place, but you have to go to a bigger retailer like a kaufland. below is the video about how eu lidl looks kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6GalIiImtCYo8k

Lidl stores are geared toward their countries. The stores in europe tend to be smaller in smaller countries and towns. No reason for Lidl to waste money on a huge local shop if the local population can't generate enough sales for that size to keep the store open and be profitable.

Here in Germany we do not need such large discounters because the competition allows many markets. Each small town over 5000 inhabitants has at least 2 discounters in the immediate vicinity. If you are willing to drive 15 minutes by car, you will usually find a large supermarket in the area. When I draw a 1 mile circle around my house, I have: Discounters: 2 Lidl 2 Aldi 1 Penny 1 Kontra Supermarkets: 2 Rewe Hypermarket: 1 Kaufland Others: 3 Turkish supermarkets about 20 bakeries 2 farmer markets No, I do not live in heaven. I live in the northern periphery of Cologne.

Your really should not hold a cam filming yourself while driving. Is this even legal in the states? Driving on the Autobahn like that would get you a nice fine, for good reasons.
