To be honest.. They're deaths out of most of the hashira was unnecesary (like this is me both crying so much bc of the deaths AND the objective analyzer). Unnecessary in a sense that it wasn't as meaningful as the other hashira. Shinobu sacrificed herself to avenge her family and as a revenge arc, Muuchirou got closure for his brother,Giyomei for the children, rengoku also.makes sense... But what about Kanroji and Obanai.... Like not saying their deaths were not meaningful. Its just that they're back stories or motivations fall tame relative to the other hashira.. Mitsuri grew up kind of happy and Obanai just hated himself (lmfao). Mitsuuri was also taken out of the battle and got treated with minor injuries and Obanai's injuries seemed less worse than hers...
