Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums are great. I like all of his films but I think you should start at Rushmore and continue in release order.

You. Will. LOVE. The Grand Budapest Hotel. It really is Wes Anderson's magnum opus. A masterpiece of storytelling, and visual design, and cinematography; with one of the most brilliant ensemble casts in any film ever. It has all of the hallmarks of a great story that are present in The Princess Bride. And I am still underselling it. Maybe you can tell it's my favorite film ever...

Of all the Wes Anderson movies, this one feels the most human to me. It's personal for me. It's the only one that makes me cry every time.
