I love lighthouses. I used to live two blocks away from Barnegat Lighthouse. Pure heaven! The original lenses are still in the Barnegat Light Museum.

I've always seen the similarities between this stretch of American coast- Line, and where I've lived for the last 36 years now,a little coastal town called " Bredene"here they have left the dunes and sandy beach untouched , compared to other Belgian coastal towns (port's) and villages! With high-rise building on the first Line ! And so too,a large influx of tourist's in the summer!from about 23,000 inhabitants to +- 150,000!!!!!in the crazy months of juli and august. Do we have no man- eaters, just the occasional, " reuzenhaai" or Baskin shark as the English call it. And a small seal population! Thanks again for posting ,i enjoyed it. 👍☯️

@@brunovanhove1832 I looked up Bredene. Your coastline is very similar to our Jersey Coast. I didn't know that Belgium had such nice beaches! I love natural shore areas that are left untouched! Thanks so much for watching...have a great summer! Our Jersey Shore gets packed with tourists too.

Thank you, Sean! Hope you're able to keep your tour of the lighthouses going next year. They're great places to visit and close to the beach! :)
