This is one of those pieces that are just above my current skill level that I am really looking forward to experiencing and yours is the Reference Version. Thanks so much for this wonderful rendition!

Thank you! This one uses all the same technique as La Source by Hasselmans (which I know you like), but it's a bit easier!

Beautiful! Yours is the best expression of this piece that I’ve heard. Side note, I always get this piece confused with LaSource. Both are lovely and on my list of pieces to learn. ~ Lisa

Thank you so much Lisa! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. This piece is extremely similar to La Source, but a bit easier, so if you're planning to learn both, I would start with this one. Good luck!

Hi Jacqueline! It’s nice to have your videos online as references while I learn the pieces. Your music is so expressive! I’ve learnt Two Guitars and La Gimblette and watched your videos a lot. I also checked out others for entertainment. It made me more excited in learning the harp! I’m now playing my Camac Isolde and am thinking of moving to a pedal harp, after I save up enough money, so I’ve also been looking at different models. Is the harp that your using a Salvi Daphne? It looks more like it than an Aurora? Anyway again thank you posting those videos!

Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm really glad to hear that you're feeling so inspired in your harp playing and have learned some of the pieces that I play. In this video, I'm actually playing a Venus Diplomat. In many of my newer videos I'm playing a Lyon and Healy 30. Good luck with your plans for a pedal harp!

It’s hard to tell for sure what model of harp it is without seeing the top and bottom of the column, but I’ve been poking around and think it might be a Venus Diplomat or similar? My next best guesses are Salvi Aurora or Daphne...
@datharpist99493 жыл бұрын
@@trainheist My guesses are Sali Daphne 47 Se/Ex or Lyon and Healy Style 100. I would say probably Salvi considering that it’s a semi grand and she now mainly uses a different harp, while the Style 100 with 47 strings would be a concert grand.
@datharpist99493 жыл бұрын
Based on the bottom of the column in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rX_beKJ5qrCqZtE it’s for sure a Lyon and Healy Style 100. If you want to order one, you can go to Lyon and Healy’s website: lyonandhealy.com and contact them.

Is possible to have this recorded as in studio quality?
@JacquelinePollauf2 жыл бұрын
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you looking to make a studio recording of this piece?
@laksiwmthdb99472 жыл бұрын
@@JacquelinePollauf hello :) yes . Would it be possible?
@JacquelinePollauf2 жыл бұрын
@@laksiwmthdb9947 I'm still a little confused. If you wish to go into a studio and make a recording of yourself playing this piece, then that wouldn't involve me in any way. I do not hold the copyright to the sheet music. You'd have to look into all of that yourself. Good luck!
