Great video Sue. Lots of great questions you asked. Can’t wait to see what she says next! Does she say the rent besides the fees she talked about? We are moving down permanently in about 3 weeks but these lofts may be a way to entice my mom to come down too 😄thank# again for great video you guys do a wonderful job.

We had a lot of requests and was happy we got a tour. Roz Harris is very knowledgeable as part of the senior living team she has a lot of answers about these places.

You two had the coup of the year getting a tour of the apartments and carriage house!! Very nice and beautiful view. There must be a demand or they wouldn't have built them, I think. Thank you!

Thanks ladies. No maintenance is very nice but I think it will be noisy with the large parking lots so close and all the continuous cars in and out, and car doors closing.
@barbrn4 жыл бұрын
Roz needs a new, bigger mask. The outside is considered contaminated, that's why you're not supposed to touch it. On another note, I heard these apts are not for long-term use, but for people to live in for one year while they decide whether or not to purchase a house. Great video btw.
@suesmith55944 жыл бұрын
they are one year lease but you are ask about renewal 90 days before lease runs out

Great video Sue and Deb. I can see why Villagers who want to transition to a no maintenance lifestyle, yet stay in The Villages, would want to live here. If that is the target client, people will want to live here for longer than 12 months. From what I have read on social media, some Villagers are not crazy about more apartments going up in the Hacienda Hills area, but this may be a trend...time will tell. Looking forward to Part 2.

Hey Sue and Deb Just watched the brown wood video. We heard the amenity fees and $300 prime added fee, but what’s the rent for the 2 bedroom units? By the way, I’m a code enforcement official and the carriage houses do require elevator access as per building code and ada laws. 🤔 🤨 hmmm

Hopefully, a lot of the Villages people that have been nothing but negative, will see how attractive these apartments are and stop complaining.
@suesmith55944 жыл бұрын
It does seem like they charge sepatate for everything but if you are able to afford it I think nice alternative to a home with all the maintenance.

If I lived there I would absolutely positively prefer to have a fitness room instead of the multi-use room. Yes MVP is close by but you have to pay for the membership and I've heard it's quite expensive.
@melodylane4 жыл бұрын
You have to pay for fitness in all rec centers too.
@codeguy1124 жыл бұрын
I thought recreational center use is part of amenity fee
@melodylane4 жыл бұрын
@@codeguy112 It is but not the fitness room with equipment.

@codeguy1124 жыл бұрын
Hey skip how about a vlog on what exactly in detail your amenity fees actually pay for. Model path, pools and a room with a table in the recreation center? You still need to pay for classes and clubs? 🤔

Did you say that first one’s rent is $300 a month? Cause the website says $1,680 a month.
@TheVillagesSkipSmith4 жыл бұрын
Sue will have to answer that for you... 300$ a month must be for something like maintenance or something, you will not rent anything here for 300 per month
