Thats what Biden did at a time economists were warning him not to spend due to the fragile economy. Federal spending is one of the main drivers, if not the main driver, of inflation. Biden did that and we call it Bidenflation.

Um, you do understand that when they were not CEO's they were taught that the bottom line was all that counted. Indeed, Americans, both poor and rich, have been brainwashed into thinking that the only thing that counts is how much of an intrinsically worthless thing, which is now not even a thing in most cases, money, you can accumulate. You cannot eat money. You cannot live in a house made of money. You cannot wear money and stay protected from the elements. You can buy all those things with money, but not because money, in and of itself, is worth more than the paper it is (or no longer is) printed on. If we chose not to accept money as a valuable commodity, certainly not more valuable than food, clothing, shelter, education, security, if it were merely a tool to facilitate transactions, then it would be worth nothing intrinsically and no one would try to accumulate it. The rest of us should make it clear to the rich that they get to live their lifestyles of the rich and famous only by our leave, and if we wanted to pull their $50,000 Persian rugs out from under them, we certainly could. But we don't.

mike: Trump is for one rich person only -- Donald John Trump. If Musk were not actually more powerful than Trump, Trump would throw him under the bus in half a second. Indeed, someone like Musk should try to see into the future when Trump no longer needs Musk's money to get reelected because there won't be any more elections, or live like a pasha, because he will control the military plus his personal militias and simply force people to give him gold-plated whatevers or have their businesses occupied and shut down by several army platoons.
