It's a legal matter. In court is where you settle it. Law is based on facts. This discussion does not make any sense ladies.

says the most sexiest thing ever, “girls call it off”, these are legitimate grievances that the court of the land deemed necessary to be heard, why should they call it off simply because they are girls? Also Rooney’s wife made several attempts(4 times) to settle out of court but not because she thought she would loose but because she didn’t wanted the hassle.
