Sweet Home Alabama hadn’t come out yet, so Reese wasn’t quite the mega star she became yet. That’s the movie that really set her off as a Star. It looks like this was during the filming of that, or right after. Her hair is the same length and style it was in the movie. I was crushing on her big time in that movie and during that time. She was so cute. And Ryan was just making a joke. I don’t think there was any attitude behind it. He always seemed to have attitude. It’s just the way he was/is.
