I wish the animation was less computer heavy. the 2D / 3D combination is off putting. there’s claims everywhere comparing it to studio ghibli but what makes those films so beautiful is that they are done by hand. hopefully the writing makes up for it.

You don't know this for certain. Frealaf is not present at the battle of Sothburg. Possible he should be present at Edoras, but we only know for certain that he was at Dunharrow and entered the war towards the end, after Helm had died.

Man, I think I only watched maybe like the first Episode of Rings of Power, and idk why but I just never finished it for some reason.. Even tho this is an Animated movie at least it's a solid Plot and a huge story in itself, basically the War of Sauron where he gets finger cut off or around said time, always wanted them to do a movie on that War, we only get to see it for breif moment in Lord of the Rings

Doesn’t help the fact that it’s trash. Another girl boss fan fiction written on the back of works of great men and beloved franchises, yet never showing either of them any respect all to push a story they think is better than the original for “modern audiences”. It may be better than ROP, but it can’t even compare to something like the Romeo and Juliet anime that also put its own action spin on a famous story of a great man and had a strong female lead as well like in this anime and ROP as well, yet the R&J anime still actually respected the source material and it’s creator while actually making the FL likable and badass just like with Arwin and Eowyn and far more than likes of Guyladriel.
