Oh man, this was hella juicy. The Banished are such an interesting faction and this short story was hella cool is listen to. Very interesting that there's still remnant Covenant forces left in the Keyship on the Ark. The fact that there's still some left by the end of the story is also really interesting, like... we barely know anything about them or their motivations after the end of the Covenant. Really would be cool to see that expanded upon.

I feel like what would be so cool is if halo infinite has a part of the campaign(either side quest or main quest) where you have to navigate through an ancient forerunner tunnel to retrieve something(or something like that) and as your navigating, you encounter a small arena type area. A short cutscene would happen where your met with a high ranking elite(boss) and a bunch of other elites that are surrounding the arena and honour guards blocking the exit to the next area. The boss elite has an interesting dialogue where he challenges you to a 1v1 and tosses you an energy sword. After, you’ve got 2 choices. Either you pick up the energy sword and have a 1v1 and win, where all the elites stand down and the honour guards lower their weapons and allow u to progress through, unharmed. Or you can use your guns which would cause all the elites in the arena to fire, so you’d have to fight the boss elite and all the other elite as well.

I wonder if this means that the key ships are Halo Pulse proof, considering that the Ark was hit when 04b was firing at the end of H3. Also, those guys missed out on a lot of fun. Namely when 000 Eternal Solitutde decided to be a dick and turn 00 into a bloody gauntlet. Also interesting how in the nearly 6 months since their arrival, the Banished basically ignored the key ship... I know this isn’t really a comment based on the issues of this video, but what if all the hate on the new pistol in the infinite trailer is misplaced and the pistol chief has is only a baseline human pistol and you can upgrade or modify it to look like the magnum we know and love? After all the iconic front sight on the magnum is a modification made specifically for use with Spartan aiming systems and most pistols wouldn’t actually have that modification on them so that they could be used by the general infantry. Maybe there still is the magnum-like pistol out there in infinite...
