I'm sorry for any mispronunciations of the Polish names in this video. I looked up pronunciations and tried by my best when saying them, so hopefully they're not too bad! Also, I'm far from perfect, so some errors may have made their way into the video. I apologize in advance for those and hope they don't detract from the viewing experience too much! Thanks for watching!

This game is incredible for not entirely relying on the fear of the unknown. Pretty much everything can be explained for why its happening but regardless of knowledge every night feels like a fight for your life. The ambience and suspense you can feel at night rarely changes, but your knowledge does increase. You go from hiding in a corner in the Dry Meadow to roaming the hall with a shotgun, a pistol, and a shovel ready to fight for your life while being on the verge of pissing your pants. Moral of the story: Face your fears, respect the woods, be patient, focus.

There's not much fanart of this game. If I can commission an impossible 'wishful-thinking' scenario, I'd be an image of the Protagonist escaping the woods as they burn far away. He's also accompanied by the Trader, carrying the Cripple on his back, the Musician clutching his violing as he cries while Piotrek tries to comfort him, and the Bike Man trying to keep the gang's spirits up by (what else?) cheering to the end of the Being's influence

The part about the asteroid that fell from the sky and made plants and stuff grow in an exponential rate, reminds me a bit about that story from Lovecraft called "The Color Out Of Space" wich is very cool. The cursed forest and some other elements reminds me some slavic horror, and Blair Witch wich i really like. I particularly didn't enjoy the gameplay because suvival games aren't my thing, but the atmosphere was awesome! Great video, Like!

That is what also very, very much inspired a DLC in game Darkest Dungeon that is already based on eldrich and Lovecraftian horror. The DLC is called Color of Madness and the plot is a cosmic entity called The Sleeper crashes onto a farmstead in form of meteor and leaks strange liquid crystal substance that changes the people and animal of the farm.
