It's simply different personalities. Jasmine is built for social media and seems to genuinely be enjoying the attention, interviews etc. For Ben and Nicole- this is a bit wearing. They've done quite a few interviews, had to speak on Sam multiple times and you can tell that it's beginning to drain their energy a bit.

These cast members are amazing and so beneficial to the success of Love is Blind. I don’t know what the UK for did for casting over the US previous multiple shows but they have blown it out of the water! I’m a romantic at heart and really enjoyed this first season unlike the US version time and time again..with that series there may be only one or two couples I get invested in so I skip over the show to follow them only to see where they end up. Not this series as every single one of those couples were authentic and had me wanting to proceed to the next episode for all of them!

I couldn’t agree more. 😊 This was a fabulous season with such genuine relationships. I think part of the reason why this season was better , at least for me, is the ages of the couples. The youngest I think was late 20’s, which makes a big difference in terms of where people are in their lives and being ready for that level of commitment. There have been some US seasons where the people are like early 20’s which just seems like you’re likely to get people who are on it for fame and not love.

The first thing someone does after getting cast in a reality show, is tell those around them they are going on a reality show. Even though you signed a contract prohibiting from talking about it. I was on a few dating reality shows, such as First Dates, and I told everyone that I was offered a spot. Than I left and called my family after shooting and told them everything that went on durning filming. Which I think helps one process everything. Because once you're on TV people will know you. I did the Spanish version and it's a Warner Brothers Production so you know the promotion is going to be huge. I woke up one day and I was in every magazine or online webpages Warner Brother owns. I walked out of my house and everyone knew me. It took months before people stop staring at me. To to mention those damn re-runs. I actually think the UK does a much better job on these reality love shows. They are not as trashy as the American or Latin American ones.

I feel like season 1 on love is blind us was the only season that focused on actual relationships and connections. After season 2, it went down hill and started to turn trashy. I don’t really like reality dating shows because they only focus on drama and not actual relationships. I was pleased with the uk version of the show because it was similar to US season 1. I hope they stick to more connections and less drama.
