Nak cerita juga la..😂😂byk sgt lowest part of my life..plg teruk masa study..buat sungguh2 tp result bukan seperti yg dijangka..masa tu terus low self esteem..graduate bachelor tp sbb kan isu low self esteem..aku jd x yakin nk apply kerja yg bagus2…sampai mmber yg aku jaga persahabatan kata belakang aku sbb aku x kerja..sampai la aku pindah ke utara..aku paksa diri aku kerja..jd la pembuat kuih dgn gaji x smpai seribu tp still down..sbb parents kata aku x kerja..aku sedih gila dgr bila dia cite kt kekwn sedara mara kata aku xkerja..pdhal aku kerja 6hari seminggu..cuma kerja biasa dgn gaji rendah..aku byk pendam sesorg..aku xbyk kgsi dgn family sbb mesti ada yg bantah..sampai aku rasa better diam..stp malam menangis..salahkan diri aku…aku byk ngadu kt Allah..ngadu mcm sembang..tny knp mcm ni..aku dh cuba cuma mgkin xterbaik dimata family..bila aku nk kerja luar dr utara atau luar msia..dorg x bg..tp pd aku bila sesorg..aku jd lg yakin..aku akn pksa diri aku tuk survive..skg aku kerja gaji 2k..aku rasa bersyukur gila..sbb sikit2 Allah bg tnp aku sedar..even smpai skg aku cm sembang seorg tp sbnrnya aku tgh ngadu dekat Allah..sbb He is the best dan dia dgr stp apa kita kata even dlm hati..

I think that many aware of it but did not try to do anything to help it. Mentally awareness isn't enough for a reality like this. The realisation that everyone is different from each other, that their mental health is one of the most important thing to light up their life should be the goal. Losing track of time, feeling worthless, endlessly fighting your own voice are the very traumatic

Okay WOW, This is the video that some people have been looking for! Personally, I felt that this video was truly worth watching… Coz the way y’all handled ur ups and downs are not exactly the same for the others to handle theirs… So I really think that this video will be helpful for the young generation, even for the elderly people, just to make that their not who they think their are… You guys truly proved that your capabilities were high and I am proud to say that ima Malaysian❤️❤️❤️ Just Love You All

I think suresh gave a good idea on creating a subject that could touch on the idea of mental health, like a consultation like that. Honestly i dont really want to talk bad about the school, but sometimes the teacher hmmm not really that "supportive". I'm not saying like for all teachers, but some used students' problems as gossip subject. among them.
