Fan Theory ~ Lady Underground gave Julia the ability to became a dryad therefore giving her, her own source of magic... She just has to learn how to use this new magic she's been given. What we know ~ Season 3 = EPIC!!!

Dryad: a being of immense beauty in-tune with nature and magic. It seems that when Julia was g-d touched by Our Lady Underground she gave her, her own connection to magic through nature itself... giving her magic which does not rely on the power of the wellspring like an ordinary magician does. Its almost like traditional magic but on a much bigger scale.

Fan theory: I think Julia can still use magic because of the Lady Underground (I think that's her title). She is the one who made Julia whole again, so maybe that came with some other perks. Just a theory.
