William Penn, The charter of liberties and the English Bill of Rights 1688 which was the culmination of the great revolution that took place. The right to bear arms, the right to free speech and the right to religious freedom can all be traced to these events. And many more. Especially jury nullification with Penn was a part of. This is brief, but I am sure from this you will see some of the real foundations of the American Constitution. Hope this helps :)

While I agree with the provisions set by the Consititution that governs this great nation, it still saddens me that it took over a hundred years before those provision applied to all Americans. (i.e., women and blacks) Independence Day is always bitter sweet for me because I love my country and happy it gained it Independence, but it hard to not think of the millions that were still enslaved during said time.

Gratitude for the USA Constitution, Gratitude for the American philosophy of freedom of speech and equality of all heritages and individuals. Loving kindness, so much loving kindness for the gifts America has given the world by being a place where people of all cultures can gather peacefully and share and combine our cultures. May our hearts always be full of love. May every american citizen appreciate the beauty of the Sun each day and may it inspire us to do great things. Thank you for the spiritual new age teachings made available in the USA and abroad by people in Mexico, China, Jamaica, Tibet, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Ireland, Brazil, Iran, India, Turkey, Israel, Britain, Switzerland, Madagascar, Native Americans, and all over. Thank you for President Obama, loving kindness for his wisdom and sagacity. Loving kindness for governments who have been inspired by the kindness and virtue of the USA's style and sought to be like it allowing more freedom and democracy. Gratitude for the hippie tradition in america. Loving kindness for the young politician Gabe Schwartzman, a hippie/activist supporting environmentalism and capitalism who I grew up with, may the new generation of politicians in the USA be as good as and better than those who preceded them. Loving kindness for America

One of the problems of American society lies in their own Constitution. This is one of the main reasons why America is being dragged to the pit, from where it is almost impossible for them to escape. One of the main causes of that issues lays in Article II, Section I, where the President swears to protect some piece of paper instead of protecting people, values, principles and moral norms. Another problem is the names of people who are long dead and outdated like in Article VII. America must look under the dust of their table, analyze what happened within last 200 years, and adopt a new Constitution. No matter how painful and harm it may seem, not all men are created equal. It is impossible to lean forward without adapting and understanding the trend of progress and evolution. America must not be bonded and respected with some old paper and outdated language alone. What was drawn up in 1787 does not fit the needs of 2024. America needs a new Constitution!

When we consider the structure which followed the articles of confederation and that the civil war south called themselves the confederates.... the discussions shift a bit. The acquisition of rights and liberties over time is something we all are responsible for and are.... The concepts of individual and group rights over time.. mob and patronage... extremism and factions... knowing that political spectrums are a circle with extremisms meeting... And, concepts of common law and case law and interpretations of insights and implementation over time... the work of health and climate regional work is not a diving into hurting governance or faith.... it is quite the opposite, it is bolstering the systems while minimizing the likelihood of usurpations. Our systems are still us and we are imperfect.... these are timeless and lessons learning in context over time.

The amount of American self-hate in videos explaining their own Constitution astounds me. Being self-critical is a must, but intense self-hatred will never lead to anything beneficial in the end. America is far from perfect but when you compare her with other countries, you will find that every country is flawed, oftentimes even more than they would ever admit, i.e. not having a constitution such as America's, they always fall to authoritarianism by mob rule, whether it is by oligarchs or oppressive majority.
