Went to the Hash House in Mohegan Sun to try the benedict. It was unreal! I'm usually a decent eater, but I had to take half of it home because the portions were so huge. Regardless, this place rocks. I highly recommend it!

True.. but then Benedict is just one variation of several dishes that are similar. Look up Eggs Benedict, and there are at least a dozen accepted variations, several without either the Hollandaise or poaching of the egg..and a couple without both.

I made Eggs Benedict for my wife and I this morning. A perfectly poached egg on top of bacon, on a muffin, with hollandaise. Whatever this thing is.... it ain't Eggs Benedict.

Eggs Benedict is a dish. Not a process, a dish can have many different processes and varieties. As long as the bases are covered ingredient wise. That's the beauty of the culinary world. Also if you name a dish that no one can relate another dish to. They are less likely to order it. People stay inside their comfort zone.

I’ve been to the location this was filmed at and the one on the strip and the one off the strip was honestly mediocre. I ordered the fried chicken Benedict and my food was lukewarm and my chicken was over cooked and overall disappointing. I 100% recommend the effort of going to the one on the strip for the best experience if anyone ever goes to Vegas after corona period ends
