I have watched Naruto a long time ago and I recently watched Dandadan. I just realized a new fact / connection between these two shows. Gamaken - the toad that's summoned by Jiraya in this episode is inspired by Takakura Ken - the Japanese actor referenced in Dandadan, they are both called Ken, and their iconic lines are "Jibun wa Bukiyou desu kara" which are translated into "I'm kind of clumsy" in Naruto and "I'm an awkward fellow", they are the same line !!!

So you have a slight misunderstanding of the kids' names. Jiraiya calls Pain Nagato and asks if Yahiko has died. Nagato is the kid with red hair and Rinnegan. Yahiko was the kid with the orange hair. Great episodes! Thanks

Yes It is great to see Jiraya go all out. We actually saw him fight a couple of times not just Orochimaru but this is the 1st time we really get to see what he is capable of. Before this the only time he impressed me was when he summonded a giant toad against Itachi and they were already inside it so skip the eat step. It is heart breaking that it has come to this with Jiraya's adopted kids but don't go thinking like Orchimaru. Remember these kids were already orphans so to top it off Orchimaru's threats may have actually had a role in turning them like this. Plus it looks like 1 of the 3 was innocent and most of all you are forgetting something.... no that is too much of a borderline spoiler even though it has already been hinted at.

Jiraiya really got those sneaky skills no wonder he can get around :D he is also a master interrogator it seems xD we got some cool lore here in regards to the past, Jiraiya also suspects Madara thats interesting :) I really like Konan's jutsu its super unique, got plenty of ways to utilize it :) Pain got quite the presence, super dope character :) looks like his idea is kinda rule by fear, spread nukes around the world, people use them and get scared of the consequences, therefore the conflict stops, kinda like in our world :D Lord Gamaken seems like a badass toad, his name most likely comes from the famous actor Ken Takakura, just like Gamabunta is from Bunta Sugawara :)
