Did you know Esau great grandson Job was a prophet he was king of edom such a sad story
@TonneMiessek4 ай бұрын
I'm starting to see why today. Esau robbed those called by God's name and justified by leaning on their own understanding.

Because Genesis Chapter 33: happily, shows the two brothers reconciling their differences and attitudes, Esau (Edom) forgiving his brother for "trickery," and Jacob (Israel) humbling himself before Esau for his deceptions, I'm inclined to believe that God eventually forgave Esau for his murderous intentions toward his brother Jacob, but NOT (forgiveness) to Esau's descendants who proved themselves enemies in most instances toward Israel, as the Bible writer Moses clearly records.

Why would the title be of “The man God hated” is it even possible for the Almighty to hate anyone?? Please make sure to give appropriate titles for these Bible stories. Whether it’s for clicks/views, nowhere does it state The Lord God despised or hated these brothers. That’s the problem “MAN” has given their own hypothesis and interpretation to what is written therefore opened the door to sceptics, nonbelievers and others. So please just keep the title straight to the point without the false claims regarding the story told.

GOD is telling us about how he chooses, like in Ephesian ch.1 GOD said, talking to the true Believers "You have I CHOSEN in me before the foundation of the world that you may be holy and without blame before me in love, God had told Rebekah that there was two people in your womb the elder shall serve the younger,in Romans 9 it's says before the children was born neither to do good are bad, for the election of GOD may stand it is said the elder shall serve the young, therefore Jacob have I love and esau have I hated,God makes the decision not no man, that is why the Bible talks about the elect or chosen, that why in John ch 6, four different times jesus said no man can come to me unless my father gives him to me, are all that the give me shall come to me. And again study to show yourself approved unto GOD, and all this can't be done without the holy ghost So read and pray to God that you may receive the holy ghost. that U may understand his words, Jeremiah,17v 5 Curse is the man who trust in man and makes FLESH his arm.

Jacob and his mother tricked Esau and their Father Issac.

YES, I don't like Jacob much. He is probably one of my most minor favorite Bible characters. But that being said, Esau did not value his heritage. Even his own mom didn't seem too keen on him. Both these brothers had character flaws, but at least Jacob valued the birthright. Esau gave it up for a pot of stew. Bad call.
@thanosdoomjuggernaut28464 ай бұрын
@@lilacicecream Yes, but in the Bible it states Esau came back from hunting he was exhausted and extremely hungry. And Jacob asked him. I’ll give you a bowl if give me your birth right. Jacob took advantage of Esau when Esau was weak and tired. But this is my favorite story in the Old testament. I love the ending where they have two armies and when they see each other they to each other and hug and cry. That is brotherly love.

If you’re gonna tell the story, at least tell it accurately Esau came back from having slayed Nimrod and Nimrod’s armies chasing after him when they found Nimrod dead at the hands of Esau and they wanted to find him, and so he managed to escape them and came into the camp and figured his life was over. He figured for sure, the armies of Nimrod we’re going to find him and kill him and that’s why he said what’s the point in having an inheritance I’m probably going to die anyway that’s why he was just a bowl of stew. He was in shock and he was fearful and his brother Jacob the used car salesman took advantage of the situation for his own profit
@lilacicecream4 ай бұрын
Maybe he should have died with his boots on. In other words, go out with your inheritance intact. The crux of the matter is that he probably did not truly value his birthright. The drama just brought it out; it was still wrong what Jacob did, though, but he lived to reap what he sowed by having to live with two wives fighting over him for the years to come.
