I get this feeling that Mando won't be rescued until Season 4. I'm getting Carbonite-Han-Solo vibes here. Gideon and his surviving commandos will be defeated but they manage to escape with Din Djarin in their custody. The season ends with Bo-Katan promising Grogu that she will do whatever it takes to bring his father back and then sets off on a new journey to find Din. Meanwhile, the other mandos remain on Mandalore and begin rebuilding their home world.

I started watching reaction channels for Star wars content about 6 years ago and it was over 13 different reaction and now I'm down to a couple of channels mostly blind wave. Because they enjoy the universe all that entails even the so called bad episodes they understand what the proper use of this world is. Channels like your brothers seems to bring in so called star wars experts who's main goal is to nitpick and over analyze every single detail and suck the joy out of a joyous world.the constantly joking during dramatic moments, complaining about celebrities in the universe when that's what Star wars has been since forever,the derivative misinformation,and saying the story leads to nowhere when it doesn't have the action you want it too. Not understanding that these stories are setting up the whole universe not just one show, griping about them not setting up the Mando world then they do it gets hate. Reactions used to be enjoyable now every channel is trying to be siskel and ebert film critics. Watching the girl complain about everything she literally sucked the joy out of this which caused me to see that a lot of channels is like this now. And I realize Im going on a diatribes but I no longer care. I don't need to see how much you know about the movie making process or camera shots and angles or techniques used to film each line in the sand or light reflection of the angle closest to you. Or how many friends you have in the industry.

@CinePals, 21:27 Din's covert isn't Death Watch. Death Watch went down with Maul just before the call for Order 66. Ahsoka Tano and Bo-Katan took care of them on Mandalore. Din's covert are the Children of the Watch, I'm going to go off on a limb and assume that they are what remained of the core members of Death Watch, their spouses and foundlings. Jaby, have you ever watched a Disney Plus show WITHOUT looking at the running time? I wonder how you'd feel about many of these stories if you watched the story without looking at how much time they had to tell it. I don't look at the running time or title. I just click play and watch, and I've found that every story has had enough time to tell the story the story was supposed to tell. I'm not expecting a movie, but a episode, as I know the overall story will be made clear when the season comes to a close. Anyway, just curious if you've ever tried watching any Disney Plus story without looking at the running time before viewing and enjoying the story for what it is.

PLEASE TELL ME I'M NOT BY MYSELF ON THIS! Is the Armourer working with Moff Gideon? She is the one who sent Bo to get the other Mandolorians, which would gather them all in one place. She was the one who kept preaching that Madalore was cursed, thus preventing other Madalorians from investigating themselves and enabling Moff to build a base on the planet. She also CONVENIENTLY left before the major fight. Why was SHE the one to take the injured back to the ships? Now she is in place to sabatoge the ships if she is a traitor. I hope I'm wrong in this, but I don't think I am.

I've seen this theory elsewhere. From my viewpoint, the problem with the idea is that at the episode's starting report, Moff Gideon appeared to be genuinely surprised first that the pirates at Nevarro were driven out by Mandalorians, and second that the Mandalorians are reuniting. The armorer was involved with each. Each of these events would be something a planted agent of his would report, and would probably try to hinder. And the armorer most certainly is in a position to hinder and even prevent. If the armorer is some sort of spy, the writers are going to have to be very good in explaining these.

What finally did it for me, was when she so quickly said that it would be her to take the hurt soldiers back to the main ship. Why her, as she is a leader? Why did we have to see her ship going through the clouds AND the perpelexed look on the main ships captain? We will soon see. I hope I'm wrong.

It could go both ways. - Either she is a traitor, alongside the "wounded" mandalorians, and it was a genius move to not only take the ship with several trojan horses to go sabotage/take the fleet for herself AND pin down Bo and Din's party on the ground, at the mercy of Moff Gideon's base, cut off from the rest of the reinforcements. - Or only the wounded mandalorians are traitors, and she's still straight in her shoes, and will singlehandedly wreck them all next episode, before coming back down with a bloody vengeance when she learns what happened to Paz down there (I mean, who's his kid's mother ?) Personally, I don't think either Filoni or Favreau have it in them to set up such a Gandalf-like character right from ep 1 all the way back 4 years ago... to set her up as actually "it was Saroumane all along" 4 years later ! They're not cruel enough to their fanbase for that.

I like this episode, but the one thing that bugs me about the Mandalorians is there battle tactics. I just don't think who ever is writing there scenes has ever been in the military. Those aren't Knights of Ren , they are Praetorian guards. Knights Of Ren are Kylo Ren's version of "Inquisitors" . Praetorian guards are basically elite unit of fighters mean't for close combat defense.
