Great video Larry! I haven't got ACK's but I've always wanted to try it. I did make my own abrasive paste and it does a great job. Take care and GOD BLESS 🙏!

I love the abrasive and polish. I’ve only been turning a few months. 12-13 bowls so far. Ash, cherry, black maple, spalted maple, walnut even a few pine bowls. All kiln dried except the pine. I’ve used Acks paste and polish on every single one after going to 400 or 600. Picked up on the stuff via one of Papa’s videos. Im curious though, can I put another finish say for instance a poly over their polish or should I wipe it with a little denatured first? Im thinking of putting sone gloss on a few of the bowls. Thanks again sir for your videos and valuable instruction.

I've seen a few people do that with polys but I haven't tried it. It doesn't get any shinier than with Ack's. No need to fix something that's not broken. Thanks, Larry

The Beall system works fine, you just have to be careful or it will jerk whatever you are buffing out of your hands. Take care. Larry
