@@ovs4744She actually is really pretty even without makeup, the biggest difference is her eyelashes. You can call someone out for their absolutely abysmal morality without lying. A lot of males also seem to have drastically rotted perceptions of female beauty due to the amount of p*rn you consume, & the way social media has warped all of our perceptions of beauty.
@donkeymoo15818 ай бұрын
"Pretty" after spending thousands a month on hair and make up you can make any average looking girl be "pretty" In reality you go to the beach go clubbing go out on the town and look at the women you would say she is average. Have you never seen any reality tv show in your life where they take "ugly" looking girls and make them look above average by giving them a really expensive make over? At the end of the day it's all a fake look none of it's natural. Plus to have any beauty you need a combination of nice voice and nice personality. Her high school spoiled brat "oh ma gawd" voice is ugly af and her personality could only compete with what comes out of my dog after a good meal and a nice walk. This is not even a lack of romantic experience or "virgin" insult comment as the example from keem in the video this is literally never having a female friend in your life and never having any social interaction with females growing up to think someone like this is "pretty" or has any beauty to them. You can only appreciate genuine beauty when you have a real relationship (that word doesn't exclusively mean romantic for the 12 year olds reading) with someone having fun with them hearing their real laughter having real conversations with them not "what is interesting to get viewers" Same shit with people who are all over just chatting hot tub/ """"asmr"""" (good joke) streamers like get some help because that's not healthy to idolize or put these type of women on a platform lol. Only real compliment I can give her is she is a female streamer who made it without being a vtuber who screams about sex and being horny 24/7 or a just chatting streamer wearing a string while sucking an object and calling it asmr because that is sadly rare these days lol.

@@gaiukiart Given the context of the talk, I'm unfortunately going to have to agree with Pokimane's assessment on the sponsorship on a video that is critiquing someone else. It is indeed questionable to sponsor a criticism of some other party, and is typically not a good look unless that is the entire point of your brand. I don't support the method she delivered that criticism though -- she was basically doing a sarcastic mockery of the company instead of setting her foot down with a simple solid statement of "this is probably not a good choice for the company" Pokimane's reputation in this particular instance was actually irrelevant so long as they took a look at themselves and the content they were sponsoring and whether or not that content matched their beliefs. For some companies, a critique video might be fine and fair game to sponsor; however, most companies that want a clean image should typically stay clear of sponsoring those. Sponsoring someone who does occasionally make those types of videos is a slightly different matter as long as the video that is sponsored isn't a criticism of someone else

I remember the Bowblax situation was even worse because she also tried extremely hard to censor any and all discussion about the controversy by banning people in her chat and Discord for even so much as saying his name, no matter the context. idk if worst, but those guys had content that catered to a specific audience. They had enough haters by the end of the that era, that justifying poki being the one to cancel them probably isn't true. This was an era where it was basically cyber bullying disguised as truth revealing. A lot of people were eating it up, because the idea of a large creator being scum was very click baity. Most them built their channels attacking smaller creators, then slowly moved onto bigger ones to keep growing. The era faded away, IMO probably because that type of content is built on hypocrisy as when you call some one out, you can get called out back. The audience also outgrew the content too, as it was basicaly the same drama baiting over and over with some one trying to stand on moral high ground. I am actually surprised internet anarchist made this video as this is just beating the dead horse, but it make sense since poki got wrapped in something recently. Multiple times over several streams, she kept bringing up how it would be a 'great idea" to vote this person out, to make the game more interesting, because this person had a good track record of both being a good detective AND a good imposter. This happened often enough that this person actualyl got fed up and just walked off stream the next time she brought up her "great idea" and didn't come back until the next round was in progress. To their credit, they did claim they had no beef with Poki over this behavior, but that just made them the better person. Honestly she didn't change from her very first controversy and she has managed to get away with so much. Even hearing the clip of her conversation with fainted reeks of her making excuses and shifting the blame to others instead of outright owning up to her faults, she just can't stop playing victim. She has been caught multiple times of her hypocrisy whether it be her copyright striking others while she herself stole others content or her saying how she'd never sell something not worth it to her audience and stating how she doesn't need money to then go and deceive her fans to buy overpriced white label cookies. Which also ties into her drama against XQC prior to the cookie drama and gave us the clear hypocrisy with the cookies but even more, she belittled those that decided to go to Kick because it's owned by Steak however Twitch is no better. Twitch is owned by Amazon and on top of that still had gambling on its platform along with sexual content for a far longer time and has impacted the youth massively in a negative way yet she's pretending as if Twitch was the morally right. I personally don't care as much about the Kick vs Twitch morality aspect but more so I again care about how she's a complete hypocrite and her morality is as fake as her online personality. Since money was also a talking point in the Poki vs XQC drama it then leads more into the reason for the hate against the cookies. The main problem wasn't her cookies, it has always been the same thing. It's always been her blatant hypocrisy and fake nice girl personality that always allows her to play woman victim.

This video is about Pokimane, a streamer on Twitch, and how she has responded to criticism and controversy throughout her career. The video discusses several instances where Pokimane has used copyright strikes or her influence to silence critics. The first example is from late 2018, when a KZbinr named Bo Black uploaded a video compiling a dispute between Pokimane and another streamer, Keemstar. Pokimane filed a copyright claim against the video, which slowed down Bo Black's channel growth. The second example is from December 2018, when a KZbinr named Fainted uploaded a video criticizing Pokimane's use of copyright strikes. Pokimane responded with a video defending her actions. The video also mentions a situation where Pokimane collaborated with a streamer named Jideon after he made a video critical of her. More recently, the video discusses Pokimane's launch of a cookie line. The video criticizes the cookies as being overpriced and low in nutritional value. The video also says that Pokimane insulted fans who criticized the cookies. Overall, the video paints a picture of Pokimane as someone who is unwilling to accept criticism and who is willing to use her influence to silence her critics.

Here is the thing of Pokimane and SSSniperWolf.... both are trying to explain how they are not evil but keep showing how evil they are. This is why so many peoples trying to tear down their "high throne" which they are smug of while others like Pewdiepie (the best example) shows how not to get pissy over drama and not abusing the system to falsely take down videos and openly being smug about it on stream. Also calling Pokimane wholesome feel like a massive abuse to the word because she is way far from being wholesome.

@@ronrr2334 The video depicts it for the most part, but doesn't clearly state it. To put it bluntly, she's the definition of why people are accusing women of being fakers. Calling people out for sexism, saying they'll abuse racism, targeting individuals instead of reused content, using her influence to actively threaten sponsors and Twitch cause "she's the woman, you want to be with somebody attacking a woman" when it's usually just meme dunking. She's had the right, yes, indeed, to strike back. But she always goes too far, again, because she's the "woman" and "the face of Twitch". What's more she's SO public with her beef. The last guy is a great example. He saw what he did wrong, and was willing to reconcile. So how did she convince Twitch to permaban him after reaching out to him? Chances are, she did not. She wanted him to know he meant nothing under her.

The most annoying part about this is now if anyone has a critique of a female streamer it's now sexism, of course there are weirdos but to demonize most people with valid critique is dumb. I've heard Hasan yapping that narrative, and even some more niche streamers say it as well. Also it's frowned upon by Twitch for larger streamers to call out another large Twitch streamer. So a lot of dumb stuff just get's swept under the rug.

It will never cease to amaze me how this kind of people are the ones dominating every single social platform there is. And it's even sadder when you realize that they are maintained in that high regard status due to favoritism from the platform's owners and an almost cult-like following of an easily influenciable generation. But hey, at least, seeing how those on the big leagues tend to act, helps you appreciate smaller creators and give them chances even more.
