Why did he ask her about her private life? What kind of answers did Mark expect? I guess this guy is out as Mrs Smith to get a little more attention than all the other members of the shredding legion. In my opinion, he (Mrs Smith) really deserves it. He has a very melodic approach. I like his playing very much.

An interviewer has to keep control of the interview. Instead, Mrs. Smith was allowed to have free reign for long periods of time. And it was...not really funny...just weird. The appeal of Mrs. Smith is the mystique, the anonymity. I have always enjoyed Mrs. Smith from a distance and without fillers. From a PR point of view, she should have drawn up a pithy narrative and the interviewer should have guided her through that. This could have been absolutely hilarious and mildly informative. For example, the Yngwie vs. Vai thing. Could have been answered in one sentence. Could have been really pithy and funny. But instead it was just rambling endlessly. The interview is supposed to make you want more, not less. Sorry for the critique, but this interview had the opposite effect for me. It may actually derail Mrs. Smith. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Its a U tub interview- the best place for a character to riff & improvise - listen to early '60s comedy LPs, most were rambling messes. But the market picked the winners. ⚓️ If you don't like it - Ok then Mrs. Smith gave it a shot, Mark let her have a great forum to develop 😎

@@pierheadjump I hear you. Just an opinion of course. But I think of great acts like Teller of Penn and Teller, or even more contemporary, Tape Face. Whether or not you like the shtick, the mystique leaves you always wanting more. I liked that about Mrs. Smith. I don't like this. I don't wish any ill at all. Just my two pennies that aren't worth the copper-coated zinc of which they are made.
