@@askjussi i like their mixed portfolio (hotels, residential and office) and focus on the major cities in different countries including the USA. Nice history of growing dividend and the company has a nice long history in the region. Besides that it fits nicely with the other reits (Mapletree Industrial, First Reit and CapitaLand Ascendas) i got in the region. Now i just need a good European (non-UK) one 😉

Rate cuts would be a sign of impending recession-were it not for the fact that the FED had jacked rates so fast and so high to combat inflationary spikes. We have been crying for a year about how high interest rates were killing us. Now the fed is about to cut rates and we are crying that it must be the end of the world lol

I listen to your opinions carefully, but I am also happy that I don't follow every trade of yours, PAX or CZR being such examples.
