Dallen Watts well.... early 2010's had some good shows like regular show, adventure time, gravity falls, and gumball. I'll admit they're not as good as early 90's - late 2000's cartoons, but I still have a strong attachment to those cartoons, the most being gravity falls. All of them had their own weird charm and stories that felt special in a way.

Gross). The barber practiced on multiple prisoners, many died, before successfully performing the surgery on the king and then proposed a school for surgeons to attend to learn how to actually perform surgeries WELL.

In real life some people do this. They convince themselves they have an actual connection with complete strangers they see on screen and would rather stay inside watching instead of interacting with friends, family etc. It's how stalking starts.
