As a practicing Catholic, I literally fell over laughing at this part 😂😂😂 I love Abe. Because of this scene everytime I go to receive the Eucharist I am so tempted to say "mazel tov".

Iirc, later in the episode he still didn't know what to do with the wafer and was debating whether flushing the body of Christ down the toilet would be disrespectful. 😂

This scene was amazing, I was laughing hard. Later on I remembeed the Seinfeld episode when Jerry goes to the church to complain to the priest about Tim Whatley, enters the confessionary and says to the priest: “first of all, I need to say I’m a Jew” and the father goes “oh that’s not sin, my son” LOL. I think this scene was on par with that. Abe is amazing. Tony Shalhoub is a geniusz

I am not Jewish but worked in the office at a Synagogue for two years. These characters take me back to those days. They were great people to work with and many did have similar personalities to those depicted in this show. 😂
