I’ve been a fan of ALL three women since each of their debuts, with Iman being a particular favorite of mine due to her charisma and energy. I can’t wait to see all three personalities mesh on screen; of course I’m gonna have to be a staunch defender of this project!!! In the first Captain Marvel, part of the story was for her not to show emotion because the Kree wanted to keep her in check because she was so powerful. So I think she will show more here since she'll just be more of her true self.

I personally would be glad for just a fun movie about characters (even extremely powerful ones) interacting. Trying to reach for too high stakes killed Quantumania and to an extent MoM, while telling a relatively straightforward character story is why people loved GOTG3.

+LooseAsADEUCE I strongly disagree with that. *"Going too big killed Quantumania and Multiverse of Madness"* I enjoyed those movies regardless of those things. Hell, there's people saying that Secret Invasion, for a such a big and epic event in the comics, being very small-scale and grounded in reality isn't gaining an audience outside of hardcore fans. Guarantee you that if Secret Invasion was big like Quantumania and MoM, people would've called that a failure too. I think the problem is, fans/"fans" expect too much out of Marvel because of Endgame, and expect everything to be like that, which is unrealistic AF. Wouldn't matter if The Marvels was small-scale or big-time, there'll be people complaining about it regardless, which is annoying.

Tbh, I'm just happy to see MCU Kamala again since I absolutely loved her in the original show. That being said, I don't dislike the other characters and I think they have the opportunity to pull off some really fun chemistry. One thing I'm not looking forward to though is all the ranting from dudebros that will likely start tomorrow, talking about how the movie is bad despite not coming out yet. But for the time being, I just want to be excited lol

@@mrcritical6751 I also think the events of the first film Captain Marvel, at the end where she said to her former Kree soldier commander right before she yeeted him back into space in his spaceship, "Give a message to the Kree establishment back on their world, that I am coming for them and putting an end to their war conquest" or something along those lines, I believe she did that somewhat, and that this new villian (her name is Dar-Benn) is going to look to revenge against Carol because of that and basically destroy any worlds that she hold dear, so that means once again an alien is going eventually attack Earth, goodness leave Earth and us alone, LOL.

If you didn't know, this movie is directed by Nia DaCosta, who has already established herself as a cinematic and creative director. It is also written by Megan McDonnell and Elissa Karasik. Megan McDonnell has worked on 9 episodes of WandaVision, and Elissa Karasik has worked on 6 episodes of Loki. These two writers come from two of the most popular Marvel Studios TV shows. The cinematography is done by Sean Bobbitt, who also filmed '12 Years a Slave.' With all this talent involved, this movie should be big! I have high expectations.
