His name is Pistachio. He disguises himself as a cherry pie in this! Half man half turtle. He slaps a guy in his “tight blue sweater.” The super villain can’t laugh without farting. This movie was made for kids. And adults that never grew up. It’s mindless entertainment. I laughed my Sophia sized ass off with my kids! Hilarious!

Dana Carvey is a freakin' genius at impersonations and his character in this movie was absolutely hilarious. His impersonation of Pacino was a riot. The guest cameos by Jesse Ventura and Bo Derek were hilarious. This movie hit all the right notes at a time when we needed something to laugh about. One of my all time favorites.

You can see from the cigar-chomping "turtle" scene that the studio did a last-minute edit. In the released version of the movie, he chomps off someone's nose rather than those cigars. That was not an improvement.
