I had Enter the Matrix and remember getting stuck in some early level where there was poison gas in the lower part of the room. The player had to stay on top of shelves while dodging people firing guns; my character got stuck on a shelf and couldn't move. The NPCs firing bullets never ran out or paused, so I was just stuck above a sea of poison gas with a cacophony of nonstop gunfire. I decided that I cared a negative amount about the game and put it down forever. 10/10 absolutely top-tier quality product.
