The Matthews Quacker Clamp

Bounce card support at it's finest. The Matthews Quacker Clamp goes by many names, Duckbill, Platypus, Onkie Bonk, Lips...even a Bead Board Holder, imagine that! No matter whet you call it, it's job is to reliably support bounce cards wherever they are needed. Built on the adjustable Original Vise-Grip Clamp with two 7"x7" plates mounted to securely sandwich bounce material in place. A welded Matthews 5/8" Baby Pin is featured so that the Quacker Clamp can interface with an array of standard grip equipment, most commonly a 2.5" grip head.

This is great! Thank you! I do have a question, I took a job recently that has two giant Matthews poles with a big red cylinder weight around the base, with a mount in the middle and a combo head. Does anyone have any idea what I’m taking about and what they are called? Would love to try them out once I know what they are for. Thank you for any help!

You are referring to the Junior Boom. This is a boom arm designed to mount on stand with a Junior Receiver. The red weight is used to counterbalance the load mounted on the opposite end of the boom arm.
