8:20 - The astronomers of the maya had a concept of time that would not be matched by our own civ until the 1800s..... obviously! all this stuff was built by the europeans in the 1800s. That's why "their" concept of time matches so perfectly.

@@TerribleShmeltingAccidenti could never show you my spot but i can show you places just like it...i collect from one site only because i have realize they are totems...i dont want to mix the stones...i live in south west georgia near the muckalee, the knichafoonee and the flint

The Maya never disappeared. Their descendants, culture & languages are still alive & well. Granted this is an old video but I Wish they’d update all the incorrect schlock they put out there. Colonizer history & reporting is incorrect history & reporting. Everything Mexico is best known for comes from the contributions of indigenous peoples & their artisans who have been on this continent since BC.

Colonizer history is not incorrect history. It's from the colonizers point of view, but it's not incorrect. I have a hunch that that opinion is from cultural anthropology. In the field of history it's not looked at that way.
