Only complaint is the location and access of the water heater otherwise just a beautiful, homey and cozy home that doesn't feature a giant gaping hole that looks onto the entire kitchen and dining area from the front door. Just viewed another Kabco home on another's channel and both area just gorgeous and iwould be very happy in either home.thanks for the tour and I look forward to more tours by this builder.

It is gorgeous, however, I wish there was a bit more room afforded for the dining room......I like to seat 10-12 people......plus have a good wall for a hutch or buffet table with ample room between it and the table for people to move around comfortably.

Beautiful home. .nice layout. There's only one thing I would change. .the glass window between shower and tub...I was wondering if the fireplace is gas or electric? The kitchen is a dream. .one more thing I did notice is that when you walked inside and closed the doors you could still here a great deal of the outside noise. .I know you are located on a busy highway, but after watching some other videos like this who are also on busy highways. .once the door closed it was much more quiet. ..but all in all a super nice home. .with a great price

Bobby how much is the McComb? I like it. My husband and I bought a brand new 1993 peterbilt in McComb They took us out to eat at the Dinner Bell. Good memories. My husband took his life in July 2018. He had dementia and knew he was getting worse. I sold my house and 9 acres in mobile county. I am now a Mississippian and love it.

Upgrades would be the closet shelves and drawer systems. Don't think you understand upgrades. Some people don't need the stone look buy actually need functional closets. Start thinking about that. The master bedroom is such a waste of space for a lot of people. I'd rather have a full tiled bathroom with a floor drain, to use the bathroom as a complete shower area. Your designers need to catch up with the times. Bigger isn't always better. Functional is what buyers need and want.

Only someone who doesn't serve dinner would put the dining room across the living room. That stone wall looks like a cave, eck! Why have a step up/down into the shower? Dangerous if your feet are wet. The M/B sinks should be centered. Hate the paneling in the extra bedroom closets.
