The best modular/mobile home I've seen yet. The "theater" room is what sells it for me. Formal living room should not be used as an entertainment center room. Kitchen very functional. Nice master bath layout...not over done. Props to the designer.

The Long Beach has an amazingly dramatic foyer ..with a coat closet ( which I look like) BUT ... THIS one has nearly all the bells and whistle's I'm looking for. I'd like lighter colors of course. but this is a very well thought out floor plan. Love the extra half bath for guests. Placed properly too imho. Large walk in pantry with natural light from the window is nice. And ... LOVE LOVE LOVE the beautiful glass doors off the dinning. To me, this one or the Farmhouse model ... hard choice. :) They're both beautiful.

I agree Bobby, that Media-Room, is The BEST !! In these Home's that you're Showing, they are Building them, with too many "Different" Color's and Type's of Wood.(per home) Terrible !! It make's you Feel Frustrated, Looking at it !! It make's the Home's seem like they are just using Whatever they have on hand to Build them with. Also, Still using those(ole' dated) Metal-Strip's, on the Floor, to Divide the Flooring, from Room to Room. It look's Cheap.
