When OC is coming? OC was applied in October, 2023 and its almost a year OC is not received. Project is in progress for last 8-9 years. Regretting after investing in this. You met me in your office alongwith Surya that OC will be received in june, but not received yet. You should explain all facts to the customers.

@prashantsainani5255 hi , First of all you have to understand the oc has to issue by authority, where maximum timeline already been done and if you are regretting so please look at the market and compare the product ! Hope you will get ! The apartment with the cost you have already got .. I would say you are lucky one .. else new 2 bhk or 2.5 bhk apartment with the kind of amenties and facilities, the budget will go too high ! Although you have invested recently! Think people.who invested in early they still waiting ! So go and visit the site and see the current development going on , you will be feel better
