I've just seen the 5x08 episode (Red sails in the sunset). Lisbon has a crush on this Bob guy. And Jane doesn't give a damn about it, because he is sooooo obsessed with that Lorelai/Red John thing.

Yes. I think the homeland security agent is Red John. But at first i thought it could be Bret Stiles, but Jane and Bret haven´t shake hands but the agent and Jane did.
