That's what I like about your reviews! You hit the nail right on the head! Spot on. The test drive impressed me as much as it did you on your sneak peek initial test drive, but all that changed once I actually owned the vehicle. The steep inclines, the A/C controls and the steering feel at speed, made this probably the quirkiest vehicle I have ever owned. I've learned quick fixes though. On inclines I've learned how to regulate the gas pedal. Seems the transmission activates the clutch more the harder you step. Easing on the throttle actually lessened the "clutching" on inclines. Or, I sometimes use the red button and paddle shift to lock it in 1st. The Auto-Hold helps a lot too. This is no sports car or sport SUV- so yeah, I'd rather it had a traditional 6-speed auto. AC shortcut switch can be long key-pressed to turn the aircon off and on. I have mine on auto temp- so I set and forget and let it adjust to the ambient temperature. OR just stay on the screen that has the AC controls- anyway the audio (volume and next track/song) can be controlled on the steering wheel. Tire pressure from the dealer was 2.8 bar. I decreased it to the recommended 2.3 bar (around 33 psi) cold, and the steering feel at speed didn't seem too light and nervous anymore. Suspension is soft- but despite the soft spring rate, I find it quite underdamped. Anti-roll bars seem stiff though. Overall pleased. I've learned to live with the quirkiness. And it's much cheaper than a Hulk!

Thanks for that great feedback too sir aboutnthe driving fix. How did you handle the light sunroof cover? Does it really make the inside od the car really hot even with ceramic tint?
@fjlviphone42 жыл бұрын
@@gracegabriel5436 you're welcome. Yes I had Nano Ceramic tint placed. Helps a bit; not a miracle worker tho. I keep the shade open all the time.

Thanks for your inputs! Glad you found workarounds on the quirks, which would increase the enjoyment levels of the car.

@@ReygansRides You're welcome. A lot to get used to, but there's tons to love. Was set on the ZST, but the test drive on this one sealed the deal. The level of refinement was much more than the price difference!

I really like the overall design of the SUV both inside and out. It reminds me of my 2020 Santa Fe in some areas ..
