Can a pump spray be used with this attachment?

This particular product shown in this video is not available but appears to have been cheapened by molding it. They offer replacement tips in bulk, imagine why that is. Achilles heal maybe.

On which physics principle is it working on? just siphon or venturi effect? Do we need pressurized water for this device to work or water will be just sucked by device when pressurized air passes through it?
@trinkladd6 жыл бұрын
santosh sah you will need an air pump
@TheOldfozz5 жыл бұрын
@@atomizer2665 your going to need a air compressor to get whats asked for, a pump just isnt going to float, and i'll agree with til death, the sales ass dont know his ass from a 5 gal bucket....like to strap theyre ass to the compressor for first 2 grows, see what they think then....

It is a spray paint nozzle so it requires compressed air. Not all that impressive when considering what it actually is.

How large are the droplets and how does that effect dosing?
@MonsterGardensChannel5 жыл бұрын
This ultrasonic fogger can reach .5 micron droplet size, averaging somewhere around 5 micron. Obviously dependent on PSI. Thanks!
@FOATE4 жыл бұрын
@@MonsterGardensChannel How is it ultrasonic though, does it have a piezoelectric transducer? I dont see any power going to the device, seems to me like this is just another fine mist sprayer that works off pressure, and is obviously not ultrasonic. Also I guess "low" pressure is relative since it does get hooked up to an air compressor. I guess it could be nice to get one of these sprayer heads for a small growroom but for larger builds it would be much more cost effective to go with a true high pressure system since the nozzles are only a few bucks a piece, and droplet size will be very small as long as pressure is high enough. I can get high quality brass mister heads locally for a few bucks a piece that promise droplet size around 2 micron. But ofc there is a lot more cost involved like the pump and installation.

Hey Ochibason, you can find them here: www.monstergardens.com/The-MicroFog-Atomizer-foliar-spray-bugs?filter_name=microfog We will be adding backpack foggers, fog wands, complete kits sized for square footage and a cheaper, but still high quality plastic version of this nozzle from this manufacturer in the near future! Stay tuned!

Great for putting CO2 to your plants.
@TheOldfozz5 жыл бұрын
seems quite pricey for a spray tip, while seems a spiffy tip, must consider price of runnin a compressor vs air pump and water pump, 200 dollars a tip and another 200.00/month on the utility bill? better stop smokin your product and try again...and theres alot quieter comps on amazon as well...as far asthe tip goes, probably a way to rig a pressure washer tip to copy misting for way less, eyeballed the store, seems your suppliers are charging you retail...pity
@MonsterGardensChannel5 жыл бұрын
We're confused how you got to $200 for a utility bill? There is a resin nozzle coming soon, $50 retail. This nozzle was intended for aeroponic cultivation, where a $200 utility bill is justified by the increase in production/potency.

Buy the cheapest spray gun you can find, and fill it with water instead of paint. Exactly the same thing! Nice try though.
@throttlebuff Жыл бұрын
i was thinking the same thing. you could mod it to fit a bucket. i just cant figure out how to set it up to a timer. you would want to have the air compressor full of air already so it would have to be mechanical to pull trigger

No. But you can get Chinese made versions for about $30 a piece. It’s def not a standard nozzle though. There’s a specific patent on its design, from the 1960s
