Im 60 now and hadn't camped for 40 years. After my wife died in 2018 I started watching KZbin, yourself and Camping with Steve, and then in late 2019 I decided to drag myself out of the rut of grief a bit and do some camping..I now have loads of decent equipment and love camping with my little dog that is an ESA dog, Hugo. It is down to you and Steve for me doing this. Thank you Luke.

Luke, I will make a comment that I think all your viewers will agree witih. We all love you and Susie and the videos you make. Kudos and congratulations on getting into GQ Magazine. Not everyone gets that opportunity. Just know you are already a celebrety to all of us. We are here to support you just like you support us with all you do in your videos. Do television, don't do television, we don't care. We will still be here for you and love you both no matter what. Your videos inspire, educate and inform us on so many things including your unwavering commitment to NEVER sell out to the companies whose products you review. You both have earned our trust and repsect and we love you for it. I'm glad you gave a shout out about AB Camping and Tony. I am one of his suscribers as well, and I love the adventures he goes on and the fact that he always takes his dog(s), Bruno and Bruce who sadly passed away back in March. Bruce will be missed by everyone in the community. S&H mate!

Man Luke, the first thing I would have put up was my tarp. As you know a nice covered and protected area for the sake of the coffee breaks and chow is heaven. The tent under the tarp would be even more of a plus, but that is just me. Even in my younger years when I could roam around in the woods I gave myself that luxury of being dry at a minimum and then warm if possible. I wish I was able to still do my Daniel Boone imitation of exploring the wilderness. Now-a-days it is done watching your videos mainly, along with some others as you all do your thing in the outdoors. (EDIT) LOL! No sooner do I type the above, you fashion a shelter for the coffee. Back to the program.

I appreciate you and your channel Luke. Your channel was one of the first I came upon when I started viewing channels on KZbin and I thought what a nice thing to do for people - reviewing products for others, sharing you knowledge and all the beautiful scenery! You know that song "You make me feel like dancing" by Leo Sayer? Well (sung in the same fashion) - You make me feel like camping! I just finished hearing about the dog going missing on Thanksgiving. I'm so glad to hear that it was found just fine. I worked at an animal shelter for 16 yrs. Food for thought if I may: I would encourage taking time with her with reassurance that she's safe and loved, talk to her with a kind soft even voice, Huskies or Husky mixes need a large place and room to run, they are a high energy dog, great dog for a runner/jogger, very intelligent dog and easy to train - love mental stimulation, patient with kids, loyal. Most traits you can find online and this dog is obviously mixed I'd say with Lab and maybe Shepherd both having very good qualities. She's a beautiful dog! Give her lots of unconditional love as that is what they give us. Oh, it is my opinion for a dog like this size might do better with a harness in lieu of a leash 🦮

I’ve had my rescue doggie for 10 years. Al these years later & he STILL does not trust very easily, especially males. 10 years of never having had a hand laid on him & still he is scared of others. Scoot gives the best unconditional love. As soon as I get home from work follows me EVERYWHERE. There are times when he has an accident & I use a stern voice to tell him he is a bad boy. He hides under my bed for a few hours. So 10 years later & never having been physically corrected he STILL has moments of trust issue even with me. Glad you had a happy end to your thanksgiving day. Thanks for the video Luke. As always stay safe friend. ❤

Very down to earth, but you do have to put on the cc because she speaks Korean on her channel. She's like you - always positive & very down to earth & thinks quick on her feet if something goes wrong or she forgets something. Nothing gets her down. Massive following as well. One request I have for you - I would love for you to do a quick series for the preppers, with three kits in mind. 1. Mini altoids tin style survival kit. 2. Bug out/get home bag. 3. INCH "I'm never coming home" bag. There are thousands of videos on these topics and I've seen them all, but I would love to have your perspective on these concepts. You have so much experience, and such a practical, down to earth approach, it would be really great to see what gear and skills you'd consider essential for these kits.
