I don't know if people do this normally or realize this, but just like talking to your plants, touching them, and telling them positive things is extremely important for their growth and healthiness - the same goes for your body. A really big issue I see today are people calling themselves "old", and "falling apart". People blaming completely natural things like knees cracking when they kneel, etc. as "age related, getting old", or when they habitually drink for years and when they can't drink anymore they blame "age" - not irresponsibility to their body. Most commonly now, kids in their 20's and 30's are acting like they're in their 100's, calling themselves "old", and "hitting that age". My mom is in her mid 70's and she's never felt more healthy in her life since going plant based for several years, and having an incredibly positive mindset her whole life. I'm 36, 6'2, workout 5 days a week and talk to my body all the time, thanking it for being so healthy and incredible, especially after workouts. When I'm very rarely sick I tell my body we are going to be okay, and that I'm going to give it everything it needs to overcome it, "we're working together". I thank my cells, and my body overall all the time, it just seems like common sense, and I know it makes a huge difference. Privately of course, don't want to look like a goober :)

I couldn't agree with you more! You'd think I am from another planet when I ask people if they talk with their internal universe of cells for that deer in the headlight look that I get. I am humbled at how hard cells work to keep us alive and I wonder what must it be like for that very last cell to have to give up the fight. @@db3519 As I said I agree with reprogramming with commands and confirmations that it works, because I've done it to myself and found what happens after repetition in your cellular structure what to do. However it is good to know what is optimal for your health and help your cellular structure and circadian rhythm to be at full performance always without ever losing energy , if you know how to receive and distribute charges through conjugate phase and zero point energy coupling of course. Substances is that the empathy of manifestation through understanding the physics and biochemistry that I carry out in myself for optimal health is inconceivably moving and has expanded me into a quantum intertwining with my cellular structure.
